Thank you for shopping at Performance PDFGuide.

Digital products

All of our products are digital PDF guides delivered electronically. Because these items are downloadable and access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital products, as they cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted, will not open, or is unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed the file.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@performancepdfguide.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

What we can't refund

• Change of mind after a file has been downloaded or accessed.
• "The content wasn't what I expected" — please read the product description carefully before buying, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
